Checking in with my FB group || 100 Day Challenge

Day 40 - the past 40 days have been a beautiful struggle..... looking forward to phase 3 and committing to pushing harder... because I love ME!!!


Day 39 - This week has been interesting with my workouts.... I started off strong and went down hill.... I think because I wasn’t working out in the morning, the past couple of days... but today I feel much better and back on track. I did make it through the 100 second challenge but can definitely push harder and use heavier weights! My goal for phase 3 is to RAMP IT UP!!!! Jericho has definitely been coming through with preparing us for each phase.... I see what I need to improve and now preparing myself to GO HARDER!!! I can definitely do it! PHASE 3 = PUSH 3X’s HARDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Day 33 - Happy Friday!!!! So today I had a beautiful experience during my workout.... I did it in my undies!!!!!! This allowed me to really look at my body during my workout and see how beautiful she is and admire the changes that have been taking place. Not thinking or allowing distractions from those parts I always “hated” about myself but instead admiring how far we have come and how truly beautiful we are... every single inch! Today was very liberating.

Day 31 & 32 - Workout 31 & Workout 32 - Just finished a double..... how about today’s 100 second challenge!!!!!!!


Day 28 - Happy Sunday Peeps! Today I worked on the homework coach gave to us on yesterday’s call..... I love adding these prompts to my self reflection and meditation practice.... Coach, it truly is helpful and I thank you! I did a little bit of art journaling with this... the bars representing what gets locked away and forgotten as we grow older.... the colors speak to me for many different reasons and represent memories from my childhood and the words are reminders.... my promise to myself is To Remember!


Day 26 - TODAY’S WORKOUT MADE ME EMOTIONAL!!! I AM GETTING STRONGER AND FEEL AMAZING! I SHED A FEW TEARS DURING MY WORKOUT BECAUSE I FEEL SO PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PUSHING THROUGH!!


Day 16 - Felt so damn good!!!!!!!!! Also my squats are getting SOOOO MUCH BETTER! Yassssssss!!!!!!!!

Nutrition is a huge part of the process. For me, eating out is a problem...I know I needed to cook more if I wanted to have better results and create better practices when it comes to eating and what I choose to eat...below are some of the dishes I make at home. My meals are filled with plenty of whole grains, fruits, vegetables. chicken and fish. Also, I only drink water, tea & home brewed kombucha. Here is a look at some of my meals...
