#TummyTime

This is probably the #1 activity to do with baby from birth until they are able to roll over and eventually sit up. When babies are first born you do it for a couple of minutes and as they get older you can increase the time and do it multiple times a day. Tummy time helps build muscle, strength and motor skills.


As they get older, place toys around them and out of reach to encourage them to reach out for them. I used to place this blanket on the floor for my daughter and she learned to pull the blanket and the toys would come to her 😂 clever girl ☺️


Now let’s be honest some of us mommas get exhausted and we may miss a day or two without any tummy time.... it’s cool ladies, it’s all good... do what you can when you can, don’t stress 😊
